As an Accessibility Consultant, Rae’s primary responsibilities include: contract development and administration; monitoring and evaluating program performance; and spearheading agency-wide programs and initiatives.

Rae was recently selected to participate in the President’s Management Council (PMC) Interagency Rotation Program. During her rotation, Rae led a series of agency-wide change management efforts within the Office of Entrepreneurial Development at the Small Business Administration. Prior to joining the Access & Equity team, Rae supported the NIH’s data-driven approach to diversity and inclusion as a Management Analyst. Rae has professional experience in policy analysis and development; providing technical support and solution services, domestically and internationally; and facilitating organizational learning through knowledge and change management.

Rae is a certified Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Project Management Professional (PMP). Rae holds a Master of Public Policy degree from American University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from the University of the Virgin Islands. Rae enjoys volunteering with organizations that seek to improve the welfare of disadvantaged populations.
