Brittney Cardwell

Intern

Brittney Cardwell is a Management Intern at The National Institutes of Health. She received her bachelor’s degree in English with a concentration in Creative Writing and a minor in Journalism. In October 2019, Brittney joined NIH as the Extramural Support Assistant to the Enterics and Sexually Transmitted Infections Branch (ESTIB). She is excited about the NIH Management Intern Program and is eager to learn and grow. What interests her the most about the program is the ability to rotate through various offices to better understand their operations and how they are vital to NIH. Brittney is known to be active, innovative, and loves to help others. Outside of her career, Brittney enjoys spending time with her family and friends, writing poetry, and traveling.
