An Arkansas native - VaLorie Fogle became a chef and made her way to the DMV area by way of Texas to become the first woman to own and operate a restaurant in the Smithsonian Museum.

An alumni of the Art Institute she also holds Certifications from Stanford University in Leadership and Food Management from Emory University. And currently continuing her advanced education by completing a Certification in Communications specializing in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell - Spring 2021. The 'extrovert/introvert' is passionate about the Arts and volunteers at her church in the dance, HBCU, social justice ministries, and with the Faith on Canvas Art ministry, as the founder and president.
