What is your most important accomplishment to date?  

Being able to help others whether through work or on my own.

How did you choose your career?  

I believe that my career chose me. When I entered the EEO field, I started as a Secretary and then gradually worked my way into the position as an EEO Assistant/Counselor then I became an EEO Specialist.

What types of community programs do you feel need to be more visible in Indian Country?  

More educational programs/resources for the youth.

What are ways to provide better STEM education for Native American students?  

Provide literature to tribes and Native American schools.

How can Tribal colleges build stronger partnerships with institutions like NIH? 

Have a NIH Representative attend job fairs and/or career days at Tribal colleges.

What does success mean to you?  

Achieving goals you set for yourself.
