The Federal Register is a daily journal of the United States government. The White House sends all Presidential documents after the President signs an executive order to the Office of the Federal Register (OFR). The OFR numbers each order consecutively as part of a series and publishes it in the daily Federal Register shortly after receipt.
Executive Order 13166, August 11, 2000, Issued by President William J. Clinton- Improving Access to Services for Persons with Limited English Proficiency. This Executive Order requires Federal agencies to examine the services they provide, identify any need for services to those with limited English proficiency (LEP), and develop and implement a system to provide those services so LEP persons can have meaningful access to them.

Executive Order 13562, December 27, 2010, Issued by President Barack Obama – Recruiting and Hiring Students and Recent Graduates. This Executive Order established new pathways for students and recent graduates to enter the federal workplace through a streamlined, transparent, and more uniform hiring process.
Executive Order 11478, May 28, 1998, Issued by President William J. Clinton – Equal Employment Opportunity in the Federal Government. This Executive Order prohibited discrimination in the competitive service of the federal civilian workforce on certain grounds.
