EEO Counselor

Charles is a motivated and charismatic individual, eager to make a difference in the lives of others. He worked in the Equal Employment and Labor Law field since July of 2017, starting as a paralegal and then switching to an EEO assistant.

Charles also proudly serves in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, where he works on numerous cases with attorneys in the fields of Operational, Contract, Criminal, and Fiscal Law, as well as the head of Battalion level Legal Assistance.

Prior to Charles serving in the EEO Counselor capacity, he served as an Accessibility Consultant in EDI working with requesters and management to help foster interactive discussions and identify effective reasonable accommodations for the workforce.

Charles attended the Pennsylvania State University where he studied BioBehavioral Health. He is hopeful to obtain his Master’s in Business Administration in the near future. While attending Penn State, Charles was involved with many different organizations that include being a Research Assistant for the “Study of Healthy Aging and Applied Research Program (SHAARP),” Social Media Chair for the Black Student Union of Penn State, and participant in the BLUEprint organization, that focuses on mentoring first-year and transfer students on Penn State’s culture.

Charles is originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and enjoys visiting home during his free time. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, enjoying different eateries, and reading books.
