Mrs. Pamela Oliver serves as an EEO Counselor. She began her 20+ year federal career as an Executive Secretariat for the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), and later transitioned into the field of EEO and Diversity Management as an EEO assistant. Under the leadership and guidance of the NIDA EEO officer, Mrs. Oliver was trained, mentored, and ultimately advanced into her current position of EEO specialist. In this capacity, she provides guidance on Management Directive 715 compliance and the EEO complaints process, and serves as EEO counselor. In addition to her work in EEO, Mrs. Oliver previously served as a diversity program manager and the EDI liaison to the NIH Diversity Council. While serving in that role she has been afforded the opportunity to collaborate with the Special Emphasis Program Management Team on various projects.
