EEO Compliance for Managers and Supervisors
Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Compliance Training for Managers and Supervisors focuses on Federal Laws, Disparate Treatment, Adverse Impact, Harassment/Hostile Environment, Reasonable Accommodation, and Retaliation/Reprisal. As a supplement to the mandatory EEO online training, this in-person class is designed to meet the following learning objectives:
- Identify the primary types of EEO Federal Law and how they relate to your role as a supervisor
- Understand the legal and regulatory definitions, the theories of discrimination and the basics of the EEO process.
- Recognize, prevent and end harassment (sexual and non-sexual) discrimination in the workplace.
- Provide specific strategies to managers and supervisors on how to address allegations of discrimination
