SafeZone Training

SafeZone Training is designed to promote awareness and education on the needs and concerns of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and intersex individuals as well as other sexual and gender minorities (represented by the acronym LGBTIA+). SafeZone addresses many of the commonly held misperceptions, myths, and stereotypes related to LGBTIA+ communities. Training is designed to improve understanding and help everyone at the NIH accept fellow employees as they are and as they want to be identified.
