During Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, we celebrate the remarkable accomplishments of Americans of Asian and Pacific Islander heritage that have enriched our country and helped define our history. This year's theme is "Rising to the Occasion: Achieving and Inspiring Scientific Success." AAPI Heritage Month offers us an opportunity to learn more about the many achievements and sacrifices this community makes to our nation. FAPAC invites you to join their observance of AAPI Heritage Month. Featured speakers include Dr. Howard Koh, the 14th Assistant Secretary for Health, and Dr. Michael Lu, Senior Associate Dean at The George Washington University. There will also be a networking session from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. with food tasting to follow.
