ERG Engagement is a 2-hour workshop designed for ERGs, networking groups, D&I committees, and D&I staff. Linda Stokes, founder of PRISM International Inc., will share national leading practices of ERG engagement. Linda is co-author of Multicultural Customer Service: Providing Outstanding Service Across Cultures, author of numerous journal articles, media contributor on topics of organizational strategic and tactical D&I, and a curriculum developer of over 120 cross cultural and D&I consulting and training programs. She is a recognized leader in the field of D&I and coaches and mentors Executives, CDOs and diversity professionals at several American and European global firms. Seating is limited, please reserve.

This training will provide free memberships to the Association of ERGs and Councils to the first 25 ERG groups that register. Among the benefits, access to MemberCircle, a networking and communication tool valued at $250. MemberCircle is a social intranet tool where groups share ideas, network with colleagues and build an internal culture of collaboration at a national level.
