The Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, Resolution and Equity Division, is hosting a WebEx training on Reasonable Accommodation (RA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) on Wednesday, April 29, 2020. David Fram, Esq., Director of the National Employment Law Institute, is a renowned and respected expert in the area of employment law with special emphasis on the Americans with Disabilities Act. Mr. Fram has testified before Congress on disability issues in the Federal Government and has written books and articles on the subject to include:

  • Resolving ADA Workplace Questions: How Courts and Agencies are Dealing with Employment Issues (NELI; 48th Edition 3/2020)
  • The Human Resource Guide to Answering ADA Workplace Questions: Checklists and Practical Hints for Human Resources Personnel (NELI; 10th Edition 2017)

Mr. Fram is a gifted speaker and has experience training numerous HR professionals, EEO attorneys, and investigators who analyze and resolve ADA claims. Mr. Fram is a recognized authority on the subject of disability and will train NIH participants on the topic of Reasonable Accommodation issues in the federal workplace.

The WebEx training will be offered on April 29, 2020 to managers and supervisors from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and for employees from 1:00 - 2:30 p.m. Space is limited. Please register through the LMS system.
