Kirby comes to EDI from the Division of International Services (DIS) where he has served as an Immigration Specialist since 2019 where he was responsible for immigration and visa related matters for the NIH Visiting Program. Immediately prior to joining the NIH, Kirby was a youth development volunteer with the U.S. Peace Corps in eSwatini (formerly Swaziland). He is a proud alumnus of Livingstone College and the University of Michigan. Kirby enjoys bike riding, baking, and BBQ.
