Yvonne Payne

Executive Administrative Assistant

Yvonne served as the Administrator/Billing Coordinator for ENV Services contracted at NIH under Occupational Health and Safety (DOHS). Prior to joining ENV, Yvonne was Vice President of Data Operations and Technology for Institutional Shareholder Services, the world's leading provider of corporate governance and responsible investment solutions for assets owners, service providers, managers, and hedge funds. Later Yvonne was a Qualifications Coordinator for NASDAQ. She is excited to enter a new field of work, supporting the promise of creating an equitable and just workplace for NIH employees.

Yvonne is a Native Washingtonian who enjoys learning new things and spending time with family.​
